We are in search of 6 month snowbirds to come and escape the cold Northern winters and enjoy the endless Florida sunshine in our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo with screened lanai overlooking the community pond in Bradenton, FL.
Conveniently located less than 6 miles from the breathtaking beaches of Anna Maria Island, this spacious ground level condo offers a split floor plan and is situated in a gated community close to golf, shops, groceries and restaurants.
You will be 5 minutes from the historical fishing village of Cortez, one of the last small coastal fishing villages left in Florida.
The lush grounds feature a lakeside communal pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis/pickleball court and BBQ area for your enjoyment.
Minimum 6 month rental per HOA regulations. No sales & tourist tax owed as a result!
