We have We have 2300 square feet of living space, including a open concept kitchen/living room, which is perfect for families. The first floor has a master suite, with a king bed, walk in closet and tile shower, as well as a laundry/mudroom. The second floor has three large bedrooms with closets: one with a queen bed, one with a queen bed & crib, and one with two full beds. It also includes a family bath. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

We are a 5 min walk to a coffee shop, deli, surf shop, ice cream shop and restaurant. We are a 10 min walk to the beach. There are more restaurants within a 10 min walk as well. We have parking in the driveway for 3 cars. During the summer months parking on the street is permit only, but September - May there is plenty of street parking.

We are located just around the corner from coffee shops, wonderful restaurants (Coast Guard House, Trio, Shore House), a surf shop, deli and most of all THE BEACH! It's less than a 10 min walk to the Narragansett Town Beach.

You can walk to almost everything: beach, shops, coffee, restaurants, playground, etc. It's a short drive to the grocery store.
