The sparkling clean bathroom is spacious and features plush towels to wrap yourself in after enjoying the couple’s shower with dual shower heads.

Thoughtful essentials are provided to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality, PFAS-free ceramic cookware, a Brita water filter pitcher, electric tea kettle, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a basic selection of spices and herbs for easy meals at home. Coffee lovers will appreciate high-quality organic coffee, while tea drinkers can enjoy a curated selection of six Stash teas, along with sugar, creamer, and raw organic honey.

The bathroom is stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, plus a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for longer stays or events.

For day-to-day ease, you’ll also find Clorox cleaning wipes, broom and dustpan, vacuum, and wet mop, making it simple to keep the space tidy during your stay.

🔑 Peak View Lil Lux is thoughtfully designed as a private, self-contained retreat, with a spacious deck, beautiful views, and dedicated parking just for you. Enjoy the unit entirely to yourselves.

Please note: the larger Family Lux home sits at the front of the property and may be occupied by other Airbnb guests. It is rented separately. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy by keeping noise to a considerate level, especially in shared outdoor areas, and by remaining within Little Lux designated spaces.

The hot tub is located on the rear patio and is shared exclusively between Little Lux and the Family Lux home.

Please treat the hot tub as a shared, community-minded amenity: rinse before entering, towel-dry before heading indoors, keep music and conversation at a courteous volume, and leave the space exactly as you found it for the next guests.

For a smooth arrival, your unique door code and step-by-step check-in instructions will be added to your personalized guidebook the morning of check-in. You’ll use that code for self-entry.

🔒 Security Cameras
The neighborhood is generally very safe. For guest safety and property protection, the home has exterior security cameras facing the front entry and backyard areas. These help us enforce our no-party and no-unauthorized-gathering policy. There are no cameras inside the unit.

🛀 Shared Hot Tub
The hot tub is a shared amenity between Little Lux and the Family Lux home. We regularly drain and refill it to keep it fresh and sanitary for everyone. In winter, our Rocky Mountain water can be extremely cold, sometimes around 48°F, and the tub heats at roughly 6°F per hour. If it was refilled earlier in the day, you may see temps in the 60s to 70s on arrival, with full soaking temperature (up to 102°F) typically reached later in the evening.

Peak View Little Lux was originally a garage, now fully transformed into a stylish, airy retreat with modern finishes, a comfortable layout, and thoughtful amenities. Most guests are surprised to learn its original purpose because it feels like a true boutique stay.

Your entrance is accessed via the alley, which adds privacy and convenient parking. Please review the check-in instructions carefully so you can find the correct entry without hassle, especially if arriving after dark.
