The shed is filled with Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Cruiser Bikes, Beach Tents, Corn Hole, Sand Toys, Grill etc.. Beach Access is right in front of the house. Close to shopping and restaurants yet on the peaceful quiet side of the island with no crowds. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on two sundecks with breathtaking ocean views!

There is ample parking under the home & in the driveway. Outdoor hot & cold shower, Paver Patio with Picnic Table & storage shed. The first floor boasts the primary bedroom with a king bed and private ocean front balcony & spa like bath, guest room w/queen bed, guest room w/(2) bunk beds, full guest bath & laundry room. Upper floor consists of living room, dining area, huge kitchen with eat-at breakfast bar, guest bedroom with queen sized bed, full bath & huge walk-in pantry. The views from the top floor are breathtaking 180 degree unobstructed ocean views. The upper deck has a picnic table for outdoor dining and 4 poly high top chairs. Dolphins swim by everyday and the Pelicans ride the waves. Roku TV's in living room and all (4) bedrooms. As well as (4) Decks, two facing the Ocean and two facing the Sound. The home is on a quiet dead end street with very little traffic. Walk or bike up the beach 1.2 miles and eat at Beach Bums Bar & Grill.

Guests will have access to all areas in the home as well as outside the home. This home has enough parking space for 6 cars.

Andrews Produce is only a few blocks away with fresh eggs and produce. Home is off the main road on a dead end road with very little traffic. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Watch the Dolphins and Fishing Boats from the Ocean side decks.

The entire island is flat so you can take advantage of the 7 Beach Cruiser Bikes to explore the island & walk to restaurants.

Best Local Restaurants: Sears Landing, Splash by The Sea, Daddy Mac's, Ocean's Edge on Friday night for Prime Rib, Agave Azul. Visit the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Sanctuary, Park at Soundside Park and walk over the bridge to eat at Sears Landing, Drive down to the South end of the island and walk out to Serenity Point for amazing unobstructed sunset views, play a round of golf at North Shore Golf Course, rent electric bikes, jet ski's or go on a fishing charter. Walk the beach and find sharks teeth or ghost crabs at night.
