The Flip Flop Inn (7-bdrm) is located in the Village of Stump Sound and sits beside our Pearl by the Sea (5-bdrm) Our home is a nonsmoking house. Pets considered with a limit of two. There is ample parking in our driveways and under the house.
Boats and trailers may only be parked under the house. Parking boats or trailers in the driveway, on the streets or on community property is prohibited. Off-site parking must be arranged in advance for large boats and all RV's.
The Flip Flop Inn has a new DIRECT beach access. (Updated pics on my website.) Direct walkway goes from the first floor of the Flip flop Inn and also a new ramp from the ground to the beach. Walking on the dunes can erode them and put the island and property at risk during severe weather, high tides and is not allowed.
Swimming Pool
The Village of Stump Sound community swimming pool is open during the summer months from sunrise to sunset. There is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool.
Tennis Courts/Pickle ball is on the sound side of our community.
Please honor a 1-hour time limit when others are waiting to play. Tennis shoes are required.
