Our Blue Oasis - Kissimmee

Our Blue Oasis is a spacious beach themed 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath vacation home in the gated community of Acadia Estates that is over 3200 square feet with two levels boasting a screened-in custom private built-in pool / spa / kiddie pool (optional heating) with privacy panels, covered lanai, 5 burner stainless steel BBQ with side burner, outdoor shower and half bath. Four comfy loungers await along with the patio set under an outdoor fan with a conservation preserve as a backdrop. Knowing that privacy and quiet tranquility awaits you after some long magical days at the park is just the thing to come home to, a place where everyone can spread out to enjoy themselves.

The open floor plan and decorative blue-gray ship-lap accent a spacious comfortable seating area overlooking the private pool deck through french glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four so you can enjoy your morning tea, coffee, espresso, or cappuccino. An over-sized farm-house style table that invites everyone to enjoy meals together or makes assembling for playing great card or board games easy and fun! There are plenty of games awaiting you and your family too. Cards, Uno, Monopoly, Sorry, Chess, Cribbage, Mexican Train Dominoes, Rummy Q, and more.

Our extra-large game room is a fully converted double garage that has newly upgraded lighting and flooring and is air-conditioned for your comfort. It contains a Roku TV and a state-of-the-art 40" 4-player Dream Arcade with over 250 of your favorite arcade games for hours of fun. A professional felted poker table with chip and drink well, a newly refurbished full-size pool table, arcade-style basketball hoops & foosball table await making fun available for all ages. Right across from the game room is the movie room with comfy tiered couches to give everyone a great view of the newly installed 65 inch Roku TV. This converted bedroom has its own full bath so everyone can access it.

Our spectacular villa comfortably sleeps 12 guests with Roku TVs with new beautiful upgraded flooring (no more carpets) and two luggage racks in each bedroom to make unpacking easy. The layout of the house accommodates multi-generations. There are four king-sized bedrooms all with en-suite full baths with two located on the first floor and two are located on the second floor-all with hand-held Waterpik power shower sprayers and hairdryers in each bathroom. The master suite on the first floor has an extra-large walk-in shower & a separate oversized soaking spa tub with French doors leading to the pool / patio. The stand-up shower door is a wide 24 inches with a small step to access. The shower has two grab bars and a portable height-adjustable shower bench for safety, plus a Moen 3 in 1 shower head with a handheld head for ease of use. Two bedrooms have two twin beds in each sharing a Jack & Jill style bathroom that has a double vanity. All of our beds are encased in bed-bug protectors to assure your safety-so no worries there!

Our Blue Oasis is close to 192 - 12 minutes from Walt Disney World®, / 17 minutes to Sea World®, 24 minutes to Universal Studios®, 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 4 minutes to the Walmart Super Store & Starbucks, 6 minutes to Publix & lots of great dining, golf courses within minutes and additional shopping near-by too.

Our Blue Oasis has everything you would expect it to have and more; free wireless broadband internet & free phone calls within the United States, a family-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room, plus lots of towels for the pool and the bath, so you only need to pack your clothes.

We even have a pack and play, high chair, a regular-sized standard stroller as well as two umbrella strollers plus toddler plates, cups, and utensils. There is a hard-sided cooler for your use to keep those drinks and snacks cold as you get around the parks or the beach.

Parking in our driveway allows for two full-size vehicles. Any concerns that arise while on-site, we have an excellent property management service company on call 24/7 to provide assistance.

Security cameras are located around the perimeter of the villa, however, none are located inside the villa.

POOL HEATING:

The cost for the pool heating is $35 per day to heat.
