Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in, we offer a starter pack of essentials, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bar soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen.Guests are responsible for replenishing these items and any personal supplies needed beyond the starter pack.

Rental Agreement & Guest Registration: The primary guest must review and electronically sign a short‑form rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. State and county rules also require an accurate list of all occupants (names and ages) for the stay.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit‑card hold will be placed two days before check‑in and released within ten days after check‑out if no damages or missing items are reported. After booking you’ll receive an information request; before arrival, we’ll send a secure link for the card swipe. No deposit is charged at booking.
