Guest Access:
✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to all areas of the home, EXCEPT the garage, which is kept locked at all times.

✹ PARKING: Free parking & Free EV charging outlet. Please bring your own charging cord.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the 2nd bedroom.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few in-home supplies such as a Pack ‘n’ Play, a highchair, kids’ tableware + games/toys.

✹ PETS: We have a No-Pet policy due to severe allergies. Thank you for understanding that this is not a pet-friendly property and leave your pets at home.

Other things to note...
✹ Easy self-check-in and keyless entry.

✹ We highly recommend travelers’ insurance. A $100 cancellation fee is required for all cancellations regardless of when the booking is cancelled.

✹ Third-Party Bookings & Longer Stays: Please contact us for corporate or work bookings, or longer stays. Longer stays can be accommodated, however, a new booking must be scheduled, and a new rental agreement must be signed for each 28-day period.

✹ Heated Pool & Spa: Our pool is private, therefore there are no lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk. For guest convenience, a deck box with child-sized life vests, pool noodles, and kickboards sits by the pool.
• The pool is NOT a diving pool, it ranges in depth from 4-10 feet deep.
• Heat is available for the pool between the months of October and April for an additional fee of $90 a day.
• Heat is available for the spa between the months of May and September for an additional fee of $50 a day.
• The pool is serviced twice per week.

✹ The booking guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement upon completion of the booking. A Booking Clean-Up form message will be sent with a link to the Rental Agreement, Security Deposit hold and additional questions. Failure to complete these steps will delay the issuance of check-in instructions.

✹ Names and ages of all other guests who will be staying at the property must be provided.

✹ A Security Deposit Hold of $300 will be placed on the booking guests' credit card a minimum of 2 days before the guests' arrival date. The hold will be released once the booking guest has checked out and it has been determined that there was no damage.

✹ Age Limit: Guests looking to book our home must be 25 years old or older.

✹ Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $25 per 30-minute increments past the check-out time. Our cleaners are on tight schedules.

✹ Quiet hours operate between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

✹ No candles or open flames/fire inside or outside the house. No fireworks.

✹ There are 4 RING exterior security cameras on-site; a RING doorbell, a RING camera at the front left corner, one in the back right corner, and one on the side of the house where the BBQ is located. These are necessary for the safety and security of our guests as well as the property. Cameras are not to be tampered with.

✹ No parties or events are permitted.

✹ No smoking/illegal drug use, illegal activity, or weapons of any kind in the house or anywhere on the property. Vaping is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.

✹ A maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated, including children. No extra guests.
