Marbella vacation rentals

Luigi's place was as pictured in the Airbnb ad. It was clean and comfortable and is in a great location for exploring the old town and is 7 minute walk to the Promenade and the beach. The parking is a five minute walk and is easily accessed. We really appreciated the parking space as it is very difficult to find parking in Marbella. Luigi's communication was excellent and the response time was very quick. The beds were too firm/hard for our liking and the rest of the furniture was good. The outdoor space outside the upper bedroom is nice and we used it to dry our clothes in the sun using the provided clothes rack. The grocery store is right next to the parking garage so it is super convenient and there are plenty of restaurants in old town as well. We like to have our coffee in the morning and their is a medium size mocha pot available but not a drip coffee maker. The kitchen is adequately appointed if you want to make some simple meals at home. One area that can be improved upon, and which we have mentioned to Luigi, is the check in process for dropping your bags before parking your car. We did not have a specific location for meeting Mrs. Anna and for dropping the bags off so we spent an additional 15 minutes trying to communicate with Mrs. Anna. This can be resolved by having an identified location for meeting Mrs. Anna. Luigi could drop a Google pin and send it to the renter so that there is no confusion. Also, a short video showing the drop off location would also be helpful in knowing exactly where to meet her and drop the bags. This is especially important since the street nearest the apartment is very busy and has very limited parking. Overall, we would recommend a stay with Luigi!!

We,re group of 20 people and this villa serve all our needs. Here theres no restrictions to party while on holidays in Marbella

I cannot fault this beautiful villa. Upon arrival, Steve the owner, came to meet us and show us around the property. The garden and pool area are clearly lovingly maintained. Aside from the pool, you can keep entertained with the ping pong table under the terrace or play swing ball. There were even assorted pool floats to use. We also took advantage of the high spec barbecue on one evening. There’s ample seating around a large outdoor table, which also had citronella candles and anti mosquito coils available to use. Inside the villa was equally well looked after. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living and dining rooms again, had absolutely everything you could need, and the beds and pillows are the most comfortable ones we’ve ever slept on away from home. The bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean and fresh too. Both bathrooms were clean and tidy and the hairdryers that were available to use were of good specification. The utility room was well stocked and we were provided with washing up liquid, a dish cloth and sponge. Had we have needed it, there was detergent to use in the washing machine, along with a whole array of other bits and pieces you could have forgotten to take with you. A large bottle of water had also been provided on our arrival. We travelled as a family of five. Our eldest daughter is wheelchair bound. We found the villa easy to manoeuvre her around, and Steve provided 2 wooden ramps to make the front door and the step down to the living area fully accessible. The street that the villa is on is quiet, but is in on incline, as is most of the surrounding area. Thankfully we are fit enough to have dealt with this. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, and the boardwalk along the beach goes on for miles. I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone after some peace and quiet, but close enough to amenities to have a lovely, relaxing break.

I really appreciated how the team handled a last minute villa change for us. Traveling with a group is stressful, but they kept us in the loop and actually upgraded us to a better property. That made a huge difference. Would definitely book with them again.

Worte können nicht beschreiben wie wunderbar unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war! Dies liegt aber nicht nur an dem großartigen Haus und der tollen Lage, sondern auch an den Besitzern David und Michelle. Die positive Erfahrung fing bereits vor der Buchung an. Ich hatte einige Rückfragen und David nahm sich viel Zeit um mir jede einzelne Frage zu beantworten. Vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir auch eine Übersicht mit Restaurants, Supermärkten und Ausflugszielen in Marbella. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit einwandfrei und die Antworten kamen schnell. Dies bleib auch so während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. Darauf konnten wir uns stets verlassen! Im Haus angekommen, begrüßte uns David und führte uns herum. Wir waren absolut begeistert! Das Haus war sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. David und Michelle bereiteten uns sogar ein Willkommens-Paket vor, sodass wir in Ruhe ankommen konnten ohne sofort zu einem Supermarkt zu müssen. Blickfang ist natürlich die große offene Küche. Ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien die benötigt werden um gemeinsam zu kochen. Gegessen werden kann dann entweder am Esstisch innen oder aber außen, es sind genug Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir saßen zum Essen gerne auf der Terrasse und wechselten dann in die Lounge. Von hier aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Garten, Pool und die Landschaft. Die insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen Balkon oder Terrasse. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich für jeden Raum im Haus separat regulieren, was es für uns sehr angenehm machte. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt mit welchem wir nicht gerechnet haben ist ein täglicher Reinigungsservice. Aber für alle war der Pool das absolute Highlight :-) Zusammengefasst hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit und können dieses Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf einen erneuten Besuch und danken David und Michelle dafür dass sie alles getan haben um es für uns so toll wie möglich zu gestalten.

I had a great time at the villa. Very nice pool and amazing sea views all around. I highly recommend it. And also gated community for security is a plus

We had a fantastic time at Debbie’s apartment! It’s an exquisite place, beautifully styled and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The peaceful terrace overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens was a real highlight, the perfect spot to relax. We travelled with teenagers, and they loved it. There was plenty to keep everyone happy Although the apartment is close to the road, once inside, it’s incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal, with easy access to the beach, the Puente Romano hotel and its excellent restaurants, the newly opened Forum across the road, and taxis or buses available right outside. The pool was lovely and warm, with plenty of sunbeds available. I especially enjoyed swimming lengths each morning, pure bliss! We visited the beach a few times, hired sunbeds, swam in the sea, it was all wonderful and clean. The promenade is fantastic for an early morning run, where there are also lots of lovely places to eat and drink too. Thoroughly recommend

Brilliant house in a fantastic location within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a taxi stand. Grounds of the house are kept extremely well as is the communal pool and pool area. There is a Saturday market within a 10 minute walk and Puerto Banus is easily reached on foot in about 20/30 minutes depending on your fitness levels! The house had all the amenities you could need and an outdoor eating area which we used daily. The area itself is pretty quiet and feels very safe. If you wish to explore Marbella/Estepona/San Pedro I would suggest a car. However, we did go to Marbella by taxi one day to the weekly market (takes place on a Monday) and it was 30 Euro each way so not too expensive. I highly recommend this house for a family holiday.
