This home is designed for real stays, not quick pass-throughs. It’s bright, comfortable, and intentionally set up for groups and families who want space to gather, unwind, and feel settled while exploring Colorado Springs. With five true bedrooms and two full bathrooms, everyone has room to sleep well and recharge.
The layout gives you room to gather and room to breathe, so multiple couples, families, or generations can share the home without feeling stacked on top of each other. It is the kind of place where mornings start with coffee and a real breakfast, days are spent out exploring, and evenings end with a soak, a movie, or a relaxed meal together.
Two full kitchens are a game changer for groups. More prep space, less waiting, and the freedom to cook in a way that actually works when everyone is hungry at once. This is a setup that is especially strong for large families and teams.
Thoughtful essentials are provided to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality, PFAS-free ceramic cookware, a Brita water filter pitcher, electric tea kettle, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a basic selection of spices and herbs for easy meals at home. Coffee lovers will appreciate high-quality organic coffee, while tea drinkers can enjoy a curated selection of six Stash teas, along with sugar, creamer, and raw organic honey.
The bathroom is stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, plus a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for longer stays or events.
For day-to-day ease, you’ll also find Clorox cleaning wipes, broom and dustpan, vacuum, and wet mop, making it simple to keep the space tidy during your stay.
The bedrooms are set up for comfort and rest, with cozy bedding and fresh linens that are professionally laundered between stays.
Central air conditioning and heat keep the home comfortable year-round, and thoughtful touches throughout create a warm, calm atmosphere rather than a generic Airbnb rental feel. Step outside to a fully fenced yard for fresh air and downtime, with gated access to the rear patio and hot tub.
The hot tub is shared only with guests staying in the small, detached Airbnb cottage behind the home and offers a relaxing way to end full days of hiking, events, or city exploring.
Being across from the Olympic Training Center and close to downtown makes it a strong fit for event travelers, hikers, and anyone who wants to be close to it all without sacrificing space.
This is a home built for connection, rest, and ease. A place where guests return at night, kick off their shoes, and feel like they can truly settle in.
You have the entire main house to yourselves: all five bedrooms, both full kitchens, both bathrooms, the laundry, the garage and driveway, and the fully fenced yard. The hot tub sits on the rear patio and is shared only with the detached cottage behind the home. There is no interior connection between the two, and each has its own entrance and parking. Please treat the hot tub as a shared, community-minded amenity: rinse before getting in, towel off before heading indoors, keep voices low near the water, and leave it as you found it so everyone gets a clean, quiet soak.
Check-in is self-serve with a smart-lock code, so you arrive on your own schedule. We answer quickly, and guests tell us the local recommendations are worth asking for, so message us for where to eat and what to do. We reply fast and otherwise leave you to your stay. Week-long and month-long stays are welcome, whether for work, a relocation, or a longer trip, so send your dates and the group size and we will put together a custom rate.
You are in central Colorado Springs, in the Knob Hill area, with the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center directly across the street, about a 4 minute walk to its visitor center, which runs free public tours. UCHealth Memorial Central, the region's Level I trauma center, is about half a mile up the road, an easy base for medical stays and traveling staff.
Downtown Colorado Springs and the Tejon Street restaurants are a 7 minute drive, and the Pikes Peak sights open up from there: Garden of the Gods about 15 minutes, Old Colorado City around 12, and Manitou Springs with the Cog Railway close behind. This is a car-oriented area, so map your own routes.
This is a drive-and-park base rather than a walk-everywhere block, and parking is easy: a 1-car garage, a driveway that fits up to three cars, and street parking out front, so a group with several vehicles is covered. The Training Center is right across the street on foot. For the sights you will drive: downtown Colorado Springs about seven minutes, Garden of the Gods about fifteen, Old Colorado City about twelve, and the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) about fifteen. Rideshare reaches the house quickly.
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. Dogs must be house trained and may not be left alone in the home at any time.
Hot tub: The hot tub is available 24/7 and is shared only with the detached rear cottage. Quiet hours are observed. Please keep voices low, follow posted spa guidelines, and be respectful of other guests.
Stairs: The home has multiple levels, and stairs are required between floors.
Security: One exterior security camera is installed above the front door only. There are no interior cameras.
Smart Lock: A unique entry code linked to your phone number will be activated on your check-in date and automatically deleted at checkout.
