You can jump on a bike or walk historic trails right from the condo. Enjoy the historic Kapaa town where you are also equal distance drive to both sides of the island to explore many beautiful beaches, waterfalls, hiking trails, & excursions the Garden Isle has to offer. Just next door is Waipouli Beach Resort where you can sip a local-concoction at the Oasis Bar. There are no resort fees, free reserved parking spot, air conditioning, free high speed Wi-Fi, & cable tv. Also, the Hawaii 10.25% transient accommodations tax and 4% general excise tax is included in the price so there will be no additional fees to be collected after booking.

One thing we would like you to be aware of is there is a room at the end of the hall, across from the half bath and away from your living area, where another guest stays. the door is locked from both sides and they have their own entrance.
