Lydgate beach is 2.5 miles away! It is the BEST snorkeling beach in all of Kauai for kids as it has a protected man made lagoon. We have seen some amazing tropical fish here. Don't forget to bring your GoPro :-)
Sit and relax in the backyard while you soak up the sun and listen to the soothing waves.
Front of the house. Our landscaping is new and well maintained. Parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway leading up to the house (back to back) or you can park on the street.
The beach is very calm as we have reef about a kilometer further out in the ocean. You can snorkel right outside but remember to wear your water shoes when you enter the water.
There is a community pool nearby that you are free to use.
Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long) right by our house.
Coconut marketplace about 1.5 miles to the house. Its a charming dining and shopping destination with several new stores and eateries. It is a unique, open-air market experience. Free hula shows, and local artists are featured weekly.
Kalamaku Luau, Lihui. We highly recommend this amazing show. The food is great and they have unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Catch a helicopter ride for some surreal views of the Napali coast. Must do!
Another breathtaking view of the Napali Coast. Jurassic park and many other Hollywood movies were shot here.
Dinner or snorkeling cruise? Why not do both at the same time!
Typical lazy river outing! So many things to do on Kauai!
Waimea canyon - The Grand Canyon of Hawaii. A spectacular sight.
So many beautiful waterfalls to explore and see in Kauai. All are picturesque!
Some of the best surfing beaches in the world are in Kauai.

Can't miss a visit to the Kōloa Rum Factory. They have daily tastings (Mon-Sat), dining, a plantation train and of course the store.. My favorite is their Kōloa Kauaʻi Coffee Rum!
Buy your rum, and make yourself a cocktail to relax at the beach house or let someone else handle the mixology when you visit one of the many world-class restaurants nearby.
Hawaiian shaved ice anyone? Walk to your local shaved ice store from our place. Repeat visits are inevitable :-)

Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.
