Welcome to Ocean Blue 803, our vacation home! This is an owner managed condo. We are continuously making upgrades to our condo. Interior Pictures updated January of 2023 to show the stunning views from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom! Don't be fooled by other rentals that have pictures taken years ago! We recommend asking owners/managers when the pictures were taken. Many property managers have out of date pictures.

Note: the virtual tour in picture position 3 and the walk through video in picture position 4 are from spring of 2018. The flooring, some appliances, and furnishing have been upgraded since then. The still photos represent the current appliances and furnishings in the condo. We do several upgrades each year. The virtual tour allows you to virtually walk through the entire condo.

Direct ocean front corner/end condo on South Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC in Ocean Blue. Experience one of the largest luxury condos in Myrtle Beach. On the 8th floor, 2850 sq. ft, 35 foot long, 300 sq ft ocean front balcony, 5 dedicated bedrooms, 4 full baths . Since it is an end unit, our condo spans from the street side of the building (with a private street side balcony) to the ocean side of the building (with a private oceanfront balcony). This property is very private with only 36 units......12 floors - 3 units per floor and 2 elevators. This complex, which was built in 2007, maintains a very private and exclusive feel, yet it's close to all the action Myrtle Beach has to offer! This unit is perfect for extended/multiple families or group/golf outings. This property is outfitted with a covered parking garage and pass code locks on all common doors. Who could forget the soft white sand and the gentle Atlantic Ocean!

Our condo has spectacular views from both balconies! Since the neighboring building on the south side of our condo is only 4 stories tall, and our condo is on the 8th floor, we have incredible unobstructed views of the beach looking south from the balconies and most of the the rooms in the condo! The street side balcony has a nice ocean view as well! Only the 5 bedroom condos on the south side of Ocean Blue above the 4th floor have this spectacular view of the beach.

The best part is the view of the ocean from your 8th floor master suite and elegantly decorated living area. After a day at the beach basking in the warm summer sun, you'll enjoy your own wet bar, living room with 55" LCD TV & streaming Blu Ray DVD player, media room with 42" LCD TV with streaming Blu Ray DVD player, and plenty of space to accommodate your family/friends. In this masterpiece, you'll find LCD TV's in all bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, free WiFi, and two refrigerators to accommodate any size parties! There is a 35 foot long private oceanfront balcony off of the master suite as well as the living room, and all bedrooms have a view of either the ocean or the grand strand! All of the bedrooms have exterior windows that allow natural light in! A second private balcony that provides spectacular street views is located off of the queen suite. This building aims to please, provides easy access for all age groups, and is handicap accessible (Note: condo contains some 34" doors, doesn't have pedestal sinks or grab bars, and a wheelchair may not be able to access the kitchen. Please send an inquiry for additional handicap accessibility concerns).

A fully equipped kitchen includes the following:

This property is located on South Ocean Blvd, near 27th Ave South, in the Myrtle Beach South area. This is a quiet area at the southern end of Myrtle Beach.

Banana boat rides, para-sailing, and jet ski rentals are available at Downwind Sails Watersports, a short walk down the beach.

Shops, restaurants, and a movie theater are located at Market Commons, a short 2 mile drive west of the condo.

Bath towels and linens are included with each rental.

Our condo sleeps a maximum of 14 people, which assumes a mixture of adults & children. Some of the beds are not suitable for adults (ie twin bed on bunk bed). Please look at the pictures and bedroom information closely. Our condo is not suitable for 14 adults. Note: fire code limits the condo to a max occupancy of 14 all 24 hours of the day, including children of all ages. Exceeding the max occupancy will result in immediate termination of the stay without any refund and additional charges to the traveler!

We attempt to keep 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a beach umbrella in the condo. We can't guarantee they will be available due to damage from prior guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from the life guards in season.

Note: We also own Ocean Blue 503. This is another 5 bedroom condo in the Ocean Blue resort on the desirable south side and above the motel next door. It sleeps 12 (no convertible sofa). There are different size beds than Ocean Blue 803. Please take a look at the photos on that listing if the bed configuration for Ocean Blue 803 isn't ideal for your group, thank you!

No Motorcyles, RVs, or trailers are allowed on the property per HOA rules!

No pets/animals are allowed! We are an animal free property.
