Monthly Rental - Ski-In Ski-Out w/ Hot Tub! - Telluride

This is a monthly rental for 30+ day stays only. (The price has been adjusted already for longer stays). Ski right out the back door and hop on lift 7! The ticket counter is also located just steps out the door. Enjoy panoramic views of the ski resort from the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

The space
Cozy one bed, one bath first floor corner unit nestled at the base of chair 7 Coonskin lift. Plenty of natural light filters in with a dazzling afternoon alpenglow. San Miguel River and trail are located half a block away for quick access to town. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, 55” 4K smart TV and a Bose soundbar. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower. Pool is open seasonally and hot tub winter/summer. Wash/dryer.

Guest access
There is a large designated parking lot across from the building and parking pass is provided. Must use parking pass in order to park there.

Please note that the pool is closed from October 25th - Memorial Day. And the hot tub is closed October 25th - Thanksgiving day and for a month in April.

During the winter when it snows, they will need to plow one side of the parking lot at a time. You must move your vehicle to the other side of the parking lot or you vehicle could be towed. Please pay attention to signs posted on front entry door from HOA letting you know when to move.

Other things to note
Please do not ask us to view the unit prior to booking, this is against Airbnb's policies and hosts who do this can be removed from the platform. We do not wish to be removed from the platform. If you are concerned about fraud then please note that booking through Airbnb you have 2 forms of protections:
- Pay with credit card, credit card companies provide fraud protections and refunds
- Pay through Airbnb, they also provide you protections to get your money back and verify hosts on the platform

We advise the guests that are unsure if our units would be a good fit for them to book a shorter stay through our short term rental listing (different than this one, please find in our profile).
