About this place

Cozy one bed, one bath first floor corner unit nestled at the base of chair 7 Coonskin lift. Plenty of natural light filters in with a dazzling afternoon alpenglow. San Miguel River and trail are located half a block away for quick access to town. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, 55” 4K smart TV and a Bose soundbar. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower. Pool is open seasonally and hot tub is open during winter/summer. Wash/dryer.

- Smoking is not allowed in the pool area, $100 fine from HOA

Parking Included

- We have 2 designated (free) parking spots in the Shandoka parking lot
- Guest is responsible for moving their vehicle during scheduled snow plowing, please pay attention to posted signs at entry of building and orange cones placed in the lot and move accordingly. If your vehicle is towed it is your responsibility, not the homeowners.
