Inside, the one‑bedroom, one‑bath layout has been redesigned top‑to‑bottom by a local award‑winning interior decorator. The spa‑style bathroom features an overhead rain shower, and the bedroom includes a plush king bed with blackout shades for deep rest after a day of adventure.

Guests also have access to two creekside gas grills for relaxed outdoor dining during the Summer.

The complex is located on Cornet Creek which makes the property fell very private. The ski resort is just across the street. Some of my favorite restaurants are just next door (There Bar, Siam).

Best to keep your car parked and utilize the public transportation or walk along the river trail. The galloping goose bus runs past the condo every 10 minutes at the corner next to the Siam restaurant, will loop past the gondola and run through town.

Guest Count:
- Only 2 persons allowed to stay for 30+ day rentals.

Guest traveling with Infants:
- We provide a pack and play free of charge inside unit at all times, please bring your own baby sheets as we do not provide these.

Parking:
- We have free on-site parking in the Boomerang Village parking lot that surrounds our building and can accommodate 1 vehicle in the lot. During peak season and festivals, the parking lot can fill up. Not to worry! We can promptly register your vehicle online for A zone street parking on any of the streets surrounding our building noted with the A Zone signage.
