You will be minutes away from what downtown has to offer. This is a one bedroom, one bath unit equipped with starter essentials for your stay. This property is a 5 minute walk to Erlanger Hospital and 5 min drive to CHI Memorial hospital.

You will be in side A of this gated one bedroom duplex. The bedroom consists of a Queen bed with a work space; Washer and dryer is provided with starter laundry pods. There is a back private area outside from the bedroom. The living area has a 40 inch smart tv perfect for streaming. The open kitchen has bar seating and fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and coffee maker with pods.

Street parking is available right outside your door.

You will need to download an app and follow the directions to receive code prior to check in time to access Unit A. This code will only work for Unit A, located on the left side if you are facing the duplex.

No smoking inside of unit. Outside only, please dispose of properly. If cigarette buts are found on property you will be charged

No parties- please be respectful of your neighbors

Please note- There are security cameras located outside, in the front and back of the duplex. They will be on during your stay.

There is only street parking available, please do not park in the neighbor's driveway
