This property is a 5 minute walk to Erlanger Hospital and 5 minute drive to CHI Memorial hospital. Check out our house manual for recommendations on where to eat, drink, shop and explore.

You will be on side B of this gated one bedroom duplex. The bedroom consists of a Queen bed with a work space; Washer and dryer is provided with starter laundry pods. There is a back private area outside from the bedroom. The living area has a 40 inch smart tv perfect for streaming. The open kitchen has bar seating and fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and coffee maker with pods.

Street parking is available right outside your door.
