(Which can only fit a sub compact car) Parking by the bay available, just observe street signs to avoid getting a ticket!-The owner and management company are very responsive. This property is all around great for staying in to kick back and watch some movies or head outdoors to walk, exercise and explore, also so close to any other San Diego experiences. It's your perfect home away from home beach experience!Here is a recent review:MaryAnn October 2023If you are a people watcher with leanings into the nautical, this condo has a front row seat to the comings and goings of all the boats headed out to sea from Mission Bay. If you're an early riser (5:00-5:30am), catch the deep sea fishing 'beasts' go grumbling past but have your sunglasses nearby, next up is a sunrise right at your doorstep. A little more sunlight, next catch the whale watchers, sailors, and the doggies having the time of their life across the way at Dog Beach. At night the moon dazzle's over the water. Throughout the day, from every window, the sun dances off the water all day long. I often felt as if I were in a cabin on a boat! A short walk in one direction is the ocean; in the opposite direction is the bay with a paved walkway to get that step count in. A short walk down Mission Blvd is a local corner Market for the little things needed. Inside is a comfortable bed, a homelike atmosphere and amenities surround you.
