Welcome to this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Galveston, Texas. This stylishly designed, spacious home is ideal for a quick visit, digital nomads, students, medical professionals, Snowbirds and remote workers alike. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat close to the beach or a convenient base for work, this carriage house blends comfort and functionality with modern-day decor that adds a fresh, coastal feel. Old world charm with modern day design!
BEDROOMS: There are two spacious bedrooms with Queen beds, closets, luggage racks and each have access to their own bathrooms.
There is also a 18" Queen size air mattress with electric pump and headboard.
BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms beautifully designed with ceramic tiles. One bathroom has a walk-in shower while the other has a tub/shower combination. New vanities with modern fixtures and lighting.
LIVING AREA: Large living room with two couches beautifully designed with modern furnishings.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Large Keurig drip coffee maker, coffee, water, toaster, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, trash bags & paper towels
GENERAL: Off street parking next to the apartment, Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, towels & linens, washer & dryer in the unit, iron & board, central heating & A/C, keyless entry.
OUTDOOR LIVING: There is a large courtyard area that the main house guests have access to. The grill and fire pit area can be a shared space for all guests to enjoy. Please be courteous to all guests and neighbors.
There is not much grass in the courtyard so pets would need to be leashed and walked away from main house guests.
You will have keyless entry upon arrival and park in driveway under carport area.
