-Three King-sized beds plus a bunk room.

-Guests with no reviews will be asked for a refundable security deposit of $300.

The home has four bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen smart TV and mini-split A/Cs to control your environment!

-The home has a washer/dryer located next to the kitchen, which we will provide laundry soap for.

-My favorite spot of the whole house is the screened-in porch with plenty of seating for the whole family and a fireplace to snuggle next to!

-Ample seating with a large dining area.
-Close to Pleasure Pier and Seawall Beach.

Guest entrance into the main house is via the screened porch in the backyard. You will have to walk up the stairs to get to the door with the smart lock.

As you traverse Kempner Park's tree-lined streets, a diversity of architectural styles unfolds, each home retains elements of Galveston’s past and its enduring captivation. Kemper Park is more than a collection of houses; it is an architectural museum of history, displaying the evolution of design, craftsmanship, and aesthetics.

We have free parking on the street directly adjacent to the home for your convenience. The place is eight blocks from the beach and a half a mile to Pleasure Pier. It's a simple 10-minute walk to the beach and some of the great restaurants like BLVD Seafood and a great bar Beerfoot Beach Bar! It's only a mile and a half to The Strand and Menard Park.

The backyard is shared with other units. If you’d like to rent out the studio or 2bd/1ba as well, please let me know and if there’s availability, I’d be glad to help you out!

We are a short walk, about ten minutes or seven blocks from the beach!

1.5 miles to Cruise Terminal.
1.5 miles to The Strand or 6 minute drive.

If a guest has no reservations from prior stays, we will ask for a refundable security deposit of $300 which will be refunded given there are no damages or missing items.
