-Beach essentials are provided, including chairs, towels, and some toys, so you can make the most of your time just a few blocks away from the beach and only 1.5 miles from The Strand!

Guest entrance into the main house is via the screened porch in the backyard. You will have to walk up the stairs to get to the door with the smart lock.

As you traverse Kempner Park's tree-lined streets, a diversity of architectural styles unfolds, each home retains elements of Galveston’s past and its enduring captivation. Kemper Park is more than a collection of houses; it is an architectural museum of history, displaying the evolution of design, craftsmanship, and aesthetics.

We have free parking on the street directly adjacent to the home for your convenience. The place is eight blocks from the beach and a half a mile to Pleasure Pier. It's a simple 10-minute walk to the beach and some of the great restaurants like BLVD Seafood and a great bar Beerfoot Beach Bar! It's only a mile and a half to The Strand and Menard Park.

The backyard is shared with other units. If you’d like to rent out the 2bd/1ba as well, please let me know and if there’s availability, I’d be glad to help you out!

We are a short walk, about ten minutes or seven blocks from the beach!
