*We have Smart TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom on the 2nd floor.

*The backyard is very private and backs onto the jungle. We are a corner lot with neighbors only on one side. There are several seating areas to unwind out back with loungers and umbrella for shade. We have a small grassed area and 12 foot plunge pool. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for an afternoon bbq while watching the jungle birds play in the trees.

*Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the first floor with a Queen sized bed, and 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a King sized bed and Twin/Single Bunkbeds in the 2nd room large enough for adults or children.
