🌅 THE MAPLE COVE EXPERIENCE
• Dive In: Soak in your private seasonal pool or unwind in the year-round hot tub with the lake in view.
• 🏊 Pool is seasonal: open approximately May through September. The pool is not heated or fenced, so please keep a close eye on little ones. The hot tub is open year-round.
• Private Lake Access: An easy walk down the stairs to your own stretch of Table Rock Lake shoreline, with two kayaks and a lakeside fire pit. There's no dock, but you're welcome to tie up a boat. The Mill Creek public boat ramp (Corps of Engineers) is about 10 minutes away, open April–October.
• Chef's Dream: A massive kitchen featuring a 48" gas range, double ovens, and a 10-foot island designed for pancake breakfasts and late-night wine pours.
• Space for Everyone: 7 bedrooms, including 6 king bedrooms (4 with ensuite baths), so every couple gets a "good room," while the kids enjoy their own bunk room.

🏠 THE GRAND TOUR
Main Level: The heart of the home. Soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows fill the open-concept space with natural light.
• Gather: Relax by the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace or host a feast at the big dining table.
• Relax: Two king suites with ensuite baths are on this level, perfect for anyone who'd rather skip the stairs. There's also a full hall bathroom near the kitchen.
• The Deck: Step out to the main deck with lounge seating and your pool and hot tub.

Upper Level: Two more king suites, each with its own ensuite bath.

Lower Level: The fun zone. A second living area with an arcade machine and board games makes the perfect breakout space for the kids, game night or a quiet movie night. It leads straight to the covered patio and the fire pit for s'mores under the stars. Down here are two king bedrooms and the bunk room: one king has its own bathroom just across the hall, and the other king and the bunk room share the hall bathroom next to them.

✅ BOOKING REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES
• Guest Verification: Every stay requires check-in through Happy Guest, our secure guest portal: a signed rental agreement (available upon request), ID verification, and your choice of a fully refundable $1,500 security deposit hold on a credit card OR a paid damage waiver. The optional damage waiver is $80 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
• Primary Guest: The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the home for the whole visit. No third-party bookings.
• Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Staying past 10:00 AM without approval incurs a $200 late check-out fee.
• Occupancy: Maximum 20 overnight guests. Any additional visitors must be approved by us in advance. No parties.
• Events: Events are allowed only with our approval. Please message us to discuss your plans before booking.
• Property Standards: No smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets.
• Security: Exterior security cameras on the property.
