E206 is a bright, comfortable 2-bedroom condo for up to four guests with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, full kitchen, private balcony, and everything you need for an easy Playa del Carmen stay—about a 10–12 minute walk from the Caribbean.
The condo is designed for couples, small families, and longer stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and is separated from the living area by sliding slatted doors that provide privacy while maintaining the home's open, airy feel. The full bathroom is finished with travertine and marble and is conveniently accessible from both bedrooms and the main living area.
The open-concept living and dining space is comfortable for relaxing, sharing meals, or working remotely. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before the beach or dinner at home. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, towels, and practical everyday essentials.
