Cozy ground floor, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Linderhof Golf Community neighborhood.
One bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, fan, closet with hangers. The second bedroom also has a closet, where you can find the highchair and pack n play. The room features a new bunk bed, full on bottom, twin on top, and a twin trundle pullout on the bottom. The twins beds will have a clean fitted sheet. Flat sheets and comforters can be found in the bottom dresser drawers.
Through the first bedroom is the sliding doors to the patio. There is seating for four people, as well as two folding chairs in the closet. There is also a propane grill. Grilling tools can be found in the kitchen.
There is a thermostat in each room to control the floorboard heat, and a living room radiator heater.
Under the living room window is a large A/C unit that cools the apartment, and a fan in each bedroom. As the bottom floor apartment, it stays relatively cool in summer!
We have a new washer/ dryer unit, please, small loads only.

Great location close to Storyland and Seashores aquarium, plus much more! Attitash, Cranmore, and other ski locations nearby!
We have a yearly membership to access the pool, golf course and club. The Community requires an additional daily fee for guest access, shown under additional photos.
Additionally, there are beautiful lakes and rivers nearby, as well as Kahuna Laguna Waterpark for an indoor waterpark!
This place is best suited for 4 adults, or 2 adults, 4 children. There is 6 sleeping spaces but only 4 stools at the bar and 4 seats in the pullout dinning table.
No additional overnight guests are permitted.

Quiet apartment, golf community along Ellis River in Glen, NH.
Cars are highly recommended for the area. Fast Taxi is a transportation option locally.
Parking is in front of the apartment, the second space from the left, behind the E3 sign. Two cars are permitted but one must be behind the other. Additional cars can be parked in the Clubhouse parking lot.
Guests must be 24 years old to stay, or must be accompanied by a relative or guardian.
No Electric Car Charging available. Stations near Hannaford's.
No loud music or partying.
No Smoking or vaping in the house. Permitted outside if disposed of properly.
Guests are responsible for all damages made. A reasonable repair rate will be quoted and sent through Claims. Report any damages immediately.
Please ensure the grill is cleaned and covered after use.
