Leucadia Hideaway (home 10 min to beach w/TeslaEV) - Encinitas

Welcome to my home Leucadia! When I’m traveling, I rent out my house and live here part time.

Set back in a peaceful neighborhood 10 minutes walking distance from Moonlight beach, downtown Encinitas, and tons of great restaurants along the 101.

Get the best of North County San Diego living in this cute 3 bed/2 bath house with Tesla EV hookup and 2 on site parking spaces. Also featuring 2 e-bikes, backyard fire pit, and al fresco dining out front. Boogie boards and beach gear here for use.
When I’m not traveling I live in the space. I love to cook and host - the kitchen is stocked with lots of platters, cookware, and cooking tools in the kitchen island. There's an additional fridge in the garage if needed.

The backyard has an outdoor shower which you are welcome to use, it has plenty of hot water and is great for washing off after the beach. Please as best you can wash off with either the shower or hose in the back before entering the home if you've gone to the beach.

I have a lovely garden that's there for you to enjoy. There are 3 avocado trees, 2 fig trees, 2 types of oranges, a Meyer lemon tree behind the sound wall, golden raspberries, blackberries, and passion fruit vines around the property which you are more than welcome to pick and enjoy! I also have planted herbs which you can pick.

If you're heading to the beach, there are plenty of towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, bocce ball, umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, and a wave storm surf board for use. There are also fast drying Turkish towels for your beach getaway.
