Lakefront Mountain Suite - Hiawassee

Enjoy uninterrupted sunrise and sunset views of water and mountains from a premium location on Lake Chatuge. Book direct & save. The property covers the entire point so it feels secluded, yet oh-so-convenient! Located 2.4 miles from Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Pickleball courts, and half mile from the grocery store and downtown Hiawassee.

The well-appointed suite on the first floor includes a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds. Sleep well in 100% cotton sheets, which are laundered with unscented detergents and no added chemicals from fabric softeners. The private, attached bathroom is ensuite and is equipped with a shower.

Entry to the suite is lakeside, giving you your own entrance. The suite also includes large den with 3 plush leather reclining sofas, an eating/game table, and a 60-inch smart TV. (We offer live TV via ATT Direct stream, plus other ad-free streaming apps: Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.)

In the dry kitchenette area are:

-countertop convection oven/toaster

-mid-sized refrigerator w/small freezer

-microwave

-Keurig and drip coffee makers, french press, pour over and an electric kettle. (Coffee, teas, sweeteners and creamers are provided.)

-wine opener and cheese board

-coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates, bowls and silverware.

The kitchenette will be serviced daily so you always have clean tableware.

Outdoor on your expansive patio is a 36-inch Blackstone grill, grilling utensils and a large prep station with running water. Also on the patio is a gas fire pit, zero gravity chairs, porch swing for two - just right for sunrise coffee, plus an outdoor dining table and chairs.

The large patio is partially covered so you can stay out of the sun - or not! There's always a nice, constant breeze due to our location on the point, so don't miss relaxing in the double hammock as you read a book or just take a nap.

The dock is only a few steps from the patio. Guests may use the dock, grill, two GoBoats, two kayaks, life vests, stand-up paddleboard, beach towels, and water floats.

Either Mike or Peggy, the owners, will be upstairs, and can offer tips on the local area, but our goal is to be as unobtrusive as you want. Although we are on-site, we will interact only as needed. We respect your privacy but welcome meeting new people too. Your space is on the first floor, connected by a set of stairs which is open (no door), so while you may hear us moving about, you won't see us unless we are outside.

The pricing will include a required 8% City of Hiawassee tax and Georgia/County Sales and Use tax of 7%.
