This picture is from our yard and is the sunset view. We have the whole point so you also get an uninterrupted sunrise view, too. Just two hours from Atlanta/Ashville/Chattanooga. You are near very close to town and the Ga Mountain Fairgrounds.

The water is clean and great for swimming, kayaking, boating. The air temps are 10-16 degrees cooler at night than Atlanta and 5 to 10 degrees cooler during the day.

Guests can bring their boat or jet ski, or rent from the nearby marina.

The dock is very easy to access and uncrowded. The side lawn, shown with the hammock, has plenty of room for the corn hole, or a game of badminton, and provides a level of privacy not found at any other rental.

A huuuuge patio with a wrap-around deck is your outdoor dining room, providing a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. The hanging swing and grill are steps away.

Your private bathroom is attached to the bedroom. A hairdryer is available along with toiletries if you forget something.

Situata a 2,4 miglia dal Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, dai campi da pickleball e a mezzo miglio dal negozio di alimentari e dal centro di Hiawassee.

La suite ben arredata al primo piano include una spaziosa camera da letto con 2 letti queen. Dormi bene in lenzuola 100% cotone, che vengono lavate con detergenti privi di profumi e senza additivi chimici da ammorbidenti. Il bagno privato, attiguo, è ensuite ed è dotato di doccia.

L'ingresso alla suite è lato lago, offrendoti un ingresso privato. La suite include anche un ampio soggiorno con 3 comodi divani in pelle reclinabili, un tavolo da pranzo/giochi e una TV smart da 60 pollici. (Offriamo TV in diretta tramite ATT Direct stream, oltre ad altre app di streaming senza pubblicità: Netflix, Amazon Prime, ecc.)

Nell'area della kitchenette asciutta ci sono:

La kitchenette sarà servita quotidianamente in modo da avere sempre stoviglie pulite.

All'aperto, sul tuo ampio patio, c'è un grill Blackstone da 36 pollici, utensili per grigliare e un grande piano di preparazione con acqua corrente. Sempre sul patio c'è un focolare a gas, sedie a gravità zero, un'amaca per due - perfetta per il caffè all'alba, oltre a un tavolo da pranzo e sedie all'aperto.

Il grande patio è parzialmente coperto, così puoi stare all'ombra - o no! C'è sempre una piacevole e costante brezza grazie alla nostra posizione sul punto, quindi non perdere l'occasione di rilassarti nell'amaca doppia mentre leggi un libro o semplicemente fai un pisolino.

Il molo è a pochi passi dal patio. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare il molo, il grill, due GoBoats, due kayak, giubbotti di salvataggio, una tavola da paddleboard, asciugamani da spiaggia e galleggianti.

Mike and I have been married for 31 years, like to get outdoors, meet new people, and have fun! Mike is retired from the construction field and is a true McGuyver, Peggy is retired from the public relations field. Our hobbies include scuba, motorcycles and boating and restful activities such as reading. We look for inspiration and kindness and feel blessed beyond measure. We are constantly making updates to the space to make it more convenient and comfortable for guests, family and friends. For years we called our home(s) the "Gardner hotel" and then got the lake house and in 2016 and decided to make it official. So we treat it seriously but don't take ourselves seriously.
