The space
Escape to this spacious retreat set on a lush, one-acre lot, located just a quick five-minute stroll from the community's private beach. Whether you are looking to relax or stay active, you will have full access to our community tennis court and an array of nearby trails perfect for hiking or biking. To make your beach outings effortless, we provide two kayaks, life jackets (in various sizes), beach chairs, and folding camping chairs—everything you need for a perfect day by the water.

Guest access
Guests enjoy full access to the community tennis/pickle ball court, basketball hoop, and the private beach area, including its restroom facilities. You will find all necessary access information and instructions conveniently located in our welcome binder. For quick reference, a QR code is available on the first page of the binder to provide you with digital access to this information.

Just a heads-up that our home is part of an HOA, so we ask that you please be a good neighbor during your stay.
