• Unauthorized pets are not permitted and may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee and cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policies.

Easy access from home to the beaches and attractions. There are a few routes onto Anna Maria Island. Recommended route is by taking Manatee Ave west to the island. Otherwise, Cortez Road West will provide another route to Anna Maria Island or a scenic route to Longboat Key, Lido Key and Sarasota.

• Renters must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents
• Quiet residential neighborhood, must respect noise ordinances
• Pool heat scheduled to 85°F (cannot be guaranteed below 70°F outdoor temp)
• We think the perfect number of guests is between 6-10, but can accommodate up to 12. We do provide 2 additional folding chair beds with linens in the children's bunk room that can be used for comfortable toddler beds anywhere throughout the home.

Visible Motion: activated recording cameras are located at the front door (ring doorbell) and side garage door directed at the pool mechanical equipment/air conditioning unit. These are in place for security purposes along with allowing us to make sure cleaners and maintenance staff arrive when scheduled.

Door Sensors: We provide security door sensors for extra peace of mind. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, so you'll always know when someone is entering, exiting or accessing the pool patio.
