Pets are allowed

Pets must be disclosed at time of booking, up-to-date with vaccines, and leashed when outside. Please keep pets off the furniture, or cover furniture where they will sit, and clean up and dispose of pet waste immediately. Extra blankets for pets are located in the laundry room. Use of piddle pads is prohibited in the home. Failure to clean up pet waste, or excessive pet hair on furniture, will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. Additional pet damage will be billed at replacement cost.

Getting around

Having a car is recommended, as there is no public transportation running to this neighborhood. There is UBER and LYFT available in the area. There is ample off-street parking in the driveway of the home, and we ask that guests park in the driveway and not the road whenever possible.
The neighborhood is very walkable, with low traffic and sidewalks throughout. There is quick access to local walking and bicycling trails from this neighborhood.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guests can access the home via a smart lock with a custom code. The house is available to guests after 4pm on check in day. Guests need to vacate the property by 10am in order for our cleaning team to turn over the property for the next guests.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 17

Refundable Damage Deposit

We collect a fully refundable security deposit. Refund will be issued 14 days after your stay as long as no damage or additional cleaning fees need to be remitted. Please note that the card on file will be charged if damages or excess cleaning fees exceed the deposit amount.

Cancellation Policy

Guests will be refunded 100% if reservation is cancelled 30 days or greater from check in day. Guests will be refunded 50% if reservation is cancelled between 14-30 days from check in day.
No refunds except for cleaning and pool heat will be issued if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before check in day.

Notes

Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval by owner, and an additional fee of $200/animal.
