Island Glow Kailua Village is a beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in Kailua Kona, with a new king bed and queen sofa bed. You will enjoy ocean views with incredible sunsets from every room, as well as beautiful mountain/volcano views. An assigned parking space means you won’t have to pay to park while you explore downtown Kona because the ocean, shops and restaurants are just steps away!

The fully stocked full size kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home and cook a meal with all new appliances. The single bedroom has a brand new king size mattress as well as a desk, in case you need to get some work done during your stay in paradise. The sliding doors in the bedroom can be opened for a more open feel or closed for privacy. Relax on the couch with queen pullout bed in the living room and enjoy the smart tv, with basic cable and WiFi included. Sit outside on the lanai to watch the waves crash, watch the boats go by, or you might even see a whale in the bay! The guest closet is stocked for your beach vacation with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, ironing board, iron and hangers. There is an onsite paid laundry room, you can pay with your phone if you don’t have any cash.

Hawai’i charges a total of 17.96% in taxes on short term vacation rentals, this will be included in your total.

The condo will be stocked with a starter kit of 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for each stay. Cleaning and laundry services are not provided during your stay, however there are supplies available for use.

The property has keyed access to the elevator and stairs for added security. You will need the keys provided to access the elevator, stairs, laundry room and pool. There are still about 4 stairs you will have to navigate to enter the condo.

While every effort is made to minimize contact, this condo is in a tropical region and it is impossible to eliminate all contact with insects and geckos. Presence of insects or geckos in and around the condo is not grounds for cancellation of a reservation.

No refunds will be given for any event that disrupts your trip that is outside of our control, including storms. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential travel disruption.
