Stay in our spacious ocean-view townhouse overlooking Kailua Bay, with a private lanai, pool access, free assigned parking, and a peaceful location just minutes from the heart of Kailua-Kona.

Walk to Honl’s Beach in about 5 minutes, and reach restaurants, shops, nightlife and historic Kailua Village in approximately 10–15 minutes. The condo is also conveniently located near the start of the annual Ironman World Championship race.

Start your morning with coffee on your private lanai overlooking Kailua Bay. You may even spot spinner dolphins year-round and humpback whales during the winter months. 🐬🐋

Getting around

Often referred to as Kona by locals, Kailua-Kona is a beautiful seaside town in the heart of the Kona district. Set on the western coast of the Big Island, it’s a sunny spot with white-sand beaches where you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Once a sleepy fishing village, this sun-soaked part of the island is only a few miles south of Kona International Airport. One of the best ways to experience this area and its spectacular island views is by taking a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront.

The condo is 5-10 minute walk to the historic oceanfront downtown Kona Village, its many restaurants and bars as well as convenience stores, souvenir shopping, shave ice, surf shops, boat rental, luau and the annual Ironman competition. Don’t forget about the incredible Kailua Bay sunset!
