For EVENTS AND WEDDINGS, the property requires an additional $3,950 EVENT FEE for any weekend dates and $2,750 EVENT FEE for weekday dates, which includes 60 CHAIRS, 6 ROUND TABLES, 2 RECTANGULAR TABLES, 2 of 4' TABLES, ARCH, and access to the CEREMONY DECK. Event insurance (~$250) is required, and our team is happy to assist with the process. The cabin sleeps UP TO 22 GUESTS, with options to host additional attendees for events only at additional cost listed here. Events hosting must be communicated in advance and must be approved by us.

~ Security Measures: Outdoor cameras monitor the cabin's entrances for added safety.
~ You will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete the verification at the time of reservation of the property to confirm your booking immediately.
- Travel insurance recommended (refunds not provided for weather-related issues)

- GUEST COUNT & FEES: Please ensure your booking reflects an accurate guest count for transparency. An additional fee of $15 per guest/night applies for groups larger than 15. Rates are automatically adjusted when the correct guest count is entered at the time of reservation.

- POOL & SPA HEATING: Included: Spa heating is fully included. The Pool is heated to a comfortable 78°F at no cost. (OPTIONAL UPGRADE: Prefer a warmer swim? We can increase the pool temperature (up to 86°F) for an additional $100/night.)
