Welcome to Beach Haven at A Haven Away! This newly designed home has 4 bedrooms (2 king beds + 2 queen beds). Two minutes to the beach, restaurants, and wetlands. We have a private, landscaped backyard- perfect for dining and lounging. We provide beach passes, 3 beach chairs, 2 paddleboards, 2 boogie boards, games, and a Pack & Play. The barn has a huge TV with Netflix, HBOMax, and a gym bike and yoga mats. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. Single-story living with 2 bedrooms, accessible shower on the ground floor.Gorgeous, recently renovated 4 bedroom house with four large bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two upstairs) and 3 full bathrooms (one has a bench and grab bar). Use the house as your base for local activities- including fishing, sailing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, biking and more. North Beach has everything and this is the perfect spot to enjoy it all!

Host dinners outside at home using our fully equipped kitchen and our large patio table under the stars, or choose from our list of recommended restaurants or local activities. Relax afterwards on the front porch or back-deck; chill out on the beanbags in our secret library; or even burn it all off with yoga or on the bike in our exercise room!

The house can sleep 8 adults (two king beds and two queens). With 3 full bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. North Beach is close to big cities like Washington, DC and Baltimore- but feels a million miles away. You'll head home refreshed, relaxed and happy!

This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties are allowed. Things like walking in and out of the house with visible alcohol and visitors indicate a party. Local laws require music to be turned off at 10 pm.

Pets

Adult dogs are allowed if we approve them ($30 fee per dog per stay). We have almost never rejected a dog but we screen them to help ensure that our house stays clean and fresh.

Please bathe your dog before visiting. There is a groomer called the Sudsy Mutt within walking distance of our place.

Dogs may only use the front lawn to poop, not the back. Both are fenced. Please pick up dog poop from the lawn.

We don't allow puppies or cats. Please do not bring aggressive dogs that can't be controlled - small dogs, cats, and children live in the neighborhood.

Shoes

Please do not wear shoes on the rugs (they are light colored).

Parking

There are two parking spots in front of the house. You can parallel park up to three cars, but we recommend parking a third car on Erie Ave around the corner. Do not park in front of anyone else's house.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation with a full refund within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in. Full refunds until 30 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days of check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less that 7 days before check-in. Each "day" starts at 11 am.
