Getting around

The house has ample parking for those with a car, and we now have electric scooter hubs nearby for darting around East Nash. It's less than a ten minute rideshare to the infamous Broadway strip for live music and the loud party scene. Our house is also conveniently less than 15 minutes to the airport.

House Rules

We put a lot of effort in renovating our house; we kindly ask that you treat it with respect as if it were your own home.

Absolutley no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property (this includes the porch and back yard).

While we love dogs, no pets are allowed at the house; the original hardwood is too delicate. For the same reason we ask that no shoes be worn inside the house.

No eating is allowed in the bedrooms.

No gatherings of more than ten people are allowed at the house, we want you to enjoy our space with your friends but the house cannot accommodate large parties.

If you break or damage anything please let us know so that we can replace the item. Any damages will be deducted from your deposit.

Upon checkout, we ask that you place your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. Do not leave any food in the house that can spoil. Our trash and recycling containers are located behind our workshop.
