This peaceful & centrally-located Spanish Revival is located in the heart of Condado, 3 block to Ashford, the beach & St Johns School & next to Casa Wilson. My partner lives in the front of the house when he is in PR & I live in Fajardo with my cockatoos!
This is a seperate upstair apartment with its own private entrance. Looking for a long term guest but can accommodate shorter stays..

The space
This peaceful and centrally-located Spanish Revival is located in the heart of Condado, next to Casa Wilson, 3 block to Ashford and the beach.
Yours is the rooftop apartment in the back accessible through the left side of the house
We hope one day to have renters in the back of the house below, My partner will sometimes be living in the front of the house when he is in PR and I live in Fajardo with my cockatoos & cat. We are looking for a long term guest of at least a month. This can be a furnished or unfurnished rental depending on your needs

Guest access
You have access to the courtyard which is shared with the guests in the house below, and the rooftop deck, hot tub (when it works- welcome to Puerto Rico) & and gazebo which the downstairs guests are also welcome to use

Other things to note
If you noticed, I don’t charge a cleaning fee. This is because I want you to feel guilty and not let my plants die… just kidding, but really, there are huge secret perks to watering the plants by the door and on the deck. 🙏 🙏 🙏 😊 🙏 🙏 🙏
