A Courtyard Affair - San Juan

This peaceful and centrally-located Spanish Revival is located in the heart of Condado, 3 block to Ashford, the beach and St Johns School. My partner lives in the front of the house when he is in PR and I live in Fajardo with my cockatoos & cat. We are looking for a long term guest of at least a month, preferably 3 or more! This can be an unfurnished rental if you're staying long term. It is the historial home of the poet & activist Lola La Tio

The space
This property was once the residence of the famous Puerto Rican poet and women’s rights activist Lola Rodríguez de Tió. In 1940 the house was rebuilt in the style of Spanish revival. Your access would be the back part of the building, a Casa Particular, which comprises of a kitchen bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room and sunroom office space. You also have access to the shared courtyard, roof deck & hot tub.
