San Juan vacation rentals

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 65th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of nine (eight adults and one six-year-old). Corey was extremely accommodating and proactive from the very beginning. He even called before our arrival date just to touch base, which we truly appreciated. His instructions were thorough and made everything seamless. The space was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and privacy, and it never felt overcrowded. The common areas were spacious, the kitchen was huge and fully equipped, and the entire home was squeaky clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing, and the view was spectacular, even better than we expected. The location was ideal: close to Old San Juan, the rainforest, and the beaches, yet just far enough outside the city to relax and enjoy real family time. Honestly, the property itself was a getaway. Even if we had stayed there the entire trip without going anywhere, it would have been memorable.

There aren't words to describe the perfection of this place. I almost don't want to give it a great review because I want to keep it to myself! You know when you go on vacation to a perfect hotel and you think "I wish I could live here forever, or at least a few months!"? ... that's the feeling this house left me with. I live close by, so I'm familiar with the area. It's the heart of the city, with all the wonderful quirks that come with that. (I'm a born and bred city girl from Miami) But living in San Juan, the inside of this house is what you'd never expect. It's impeccable. They thought of everything. Extra towels? Tons. Coffee filters? Of course! I go to an airbnb like I'm moving in because I'm used to something missing or dirty or maybe the last person took the roll of paper towels, but here, I literally felt like I was in a full service resort, only missing the actual food and drinks. The host was so quick and responsive and accommodating! I cannot wait to go back!!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Puerto Rico. Highly recommend!

Our longer stay felt just like home—cozy, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop patio is phenomenal! The host is incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel so welcome from day one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 😊

Laura was incredibly nice and helpful. Her place is lovely, simple with a funky design and the roof deck is especially fun. The location is quiet, central, and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Overall, we had a great stay.

Mike's home is perfectly located right in the heart of Condado beach, down the street from great eats and fun nightlife, yet very residential in feeling - which we loved. We had a great time on our vacation, thanks to comfortable bedrooms and easy access to beach and pool. It was easy to keep the house pleasant and clean thanks to the couple of Roomba vacuum cleaners. One thing to keep in mind, for those who might have trouble with stairs, is that one floor has all the living space, and all bedrooms and bathrooms are on a separate floor. The views of the beach are pleasant and a definite bonus. We were six people and using the internet for work, so when we all needed simultaneous access it was a bit challenging at times. Highly recommended.
