The home is less than 2 miles to the popular KP Hole Park, where you'll find a kayak launch and opportunities for tubing! Spend the day tubing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sun.

Venture less than 5 miles to downtown Dunnellon for shopping, dining, golfing and more!

☀ Property is NOT beside the river
☀ Pet friendly with a fee of $135 max of 2 pets, without prior approval. All waste must be picked up.
☀ Pool is 5-ft deep (swim at your own risk) and it is heated
☀ Driveway parking up to 4 spaces
☀ A second refrigerator is in the garage for additional food/drink storage.
☀ A kayak trailer is available and free to use under the vehicle owner’s responsibility and insurance coverage. Towing vehicle must have a 2” hitch receiver. Truck beds or kayak racks can also be used for transporting, but are not provided.

☀ We can accommodate events for an additional fee. Send us a message first prior to booking for events.
☀ Thermostat needs to stay between 66-80
☀ No smoking inside the house, patio, or pool area.
☀ Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
☀ Please switch off electronics when not in use.
☀ For safety concerns, glassware is not permitted around the pool area.
☀ No parking on the grass or on the street.
☀ No need to do anything once you check-out.
☀ A fee of $100 will be incurred for late check-outs beyond 11 am without prior authorization
