The space
-Area: The property is very centrally located just minutes from both the Marshwalk and the Garden City Pier. Myrtle Beach is also just a short 15 minute drive north of the property. Located near the property are a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, medical centers, the Myrtle Beach airport, putt-putt courses, golf courses, and several beach access points.

-Living Room: First room you will enter upon initial arrival at property. A light switch on your left should operate a floor lamp to illuminate the room. This room has a sectional couch accompanied by two swivel chairs. This room includes a smart tv and fireplace as well.

-Kitchen: Just through the living room, you will enter the kitchen. The light switch for the kitchen is located on the other side of the wall from the coffee maker just before entering the Carolina Room. In here you will find all the necessary items needed to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and anything else you desire. Some appliances are located in the pantry as well. You will also notice a large dining table suitable for 8.

-Carolina Room: Located on the backside of the property. This room contains a pool table, a mounted tv, a couch, plenty of games in the entertainment center and a Murphy bed that can pull down if needed. There is also a poker table topper that fits perfectly on the round table for a fun game night of cards.

-Carolina Bedroom: Located through the door at the end of the room. This room contains a Murphy bed as well and has direct access to the pool area just through the double doors. A corner desk is also available, perfect for any remote work required during your stay.

-Primary Bedroom: This bedroom is located in the middle of the property between the Carolina room and the hallway to the right of the living room. This room contains two closets, a king size bed, a tv, and a full bathroom with a double vanity.

-Front Bedroom: Located on the right side of the hallway, this room contains a queen size bed, along with a Murphy bed, perfect for a family with children.

-Golf Simulator Room: Through the glass pane door on the right side of the hallway. This room includes a set of swivel chairs, a tall top table with three chairs, a neon sign, a mini split unit, a tv, and a professional grade golf simulator. Instructions on how to operate the simulator are available inside this room.

-Side Bedroom: This room includes a large closet and a king size bed, perfect for those looking for the quietest spot in the house.

-Pool Area: Located in the back of the property, this area is where the pool and grill are located. You will notice 6 lounge/beach chairs, an outside dining area, a firepit, and of course the pool. Pool floats and toys are located in the shed to the back right of the backyard. Life jackets ARE NOT included in provided items. There are also beautiful low-hanging lights that can be turned on with the timer located against the back right side of the house.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire property excluding the pool pump shed, owner's closet, and the standalone shed on the side of the property.

Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property. Booking on behalf of younger guests will not be tolerated.

The heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

No parties or smoking allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

Three exterior cameras are installed to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes, as well as property compliance.

GUEST VERIFICATION
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation at no charge to the guest. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. This simple screening is simply to verify guests are in good standing with the law and that there is no further liability to the host for allowing the guests access to the property.
