🕙 Late Check-Out: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Approved late check-out is $25/hour, up to 12:00 PM. Unapproved check-out after 10:30 AM will incur a $100 penalty.
🎉 Gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.
🚭 Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. Drugs and marijuana are not permitted on the property.
🐾 Pets Allowed: Up to 2 pets are welcome with prior host approval. A $200 fee applies per pet, with a maximum weight of 99 lbs. Please confirm your pets with the host in advance of your stay.
