Top-floor unit in Decatur House. Direct ocean front unit with miles of unobstructed ocean/beach views.
5th-floor elevation. Close enough for people-watching, yet far enough above for private, peaceful enjoyment of the view. And what a view it is! the beach, the boats & the boardwalk...all for your enjoyment!
Building has seasonal indoor pool (open Memorial Day thru September) for use regardless of weather conditions. One reserved parking spot close to building and elevator. Just park your car for the week and go! Everything is within a short walk - restaurants, family activities & nightlife options. Bike/Surrey rentals across 12th Street. Boardwalk tram stop right in front of building. City bus stop at 12th & Baltimore can take you anywhere in Ocean City.
Sleeps up to 4 guests (*** 3 ADULTS MAX***), with two full-size beds in bedroom, and queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Full kitchen with oven/range, dishwasher & microwave. There is a stack washer & dryer for your laundry needs. High-speed Wi-Fi & YouTubeTV service on smart HDTVs included. Login to your favorite streaming subscription services.
Building has storefronts on first floor, including pizza, sundries and a Subway. Multiple restaurants, shopping & nightlife options within 3 blocks of the building.

A Pennsylvania resident, and long-time OC MD vacationer, who has bypassed the closer beaches (to us) in NJ for over 20 years. Our family took the plunge on owning vacation rentals in Ocean City several years ago. We only invest in properties with premium, direct waterfront views, because we feel that is a big part of the beach vacation experience. I also enjoy providing my guests with a higher level of service than the big rental agencies provide. You'll never be in a line waiting for your keys when you rent from us, because there are no keys. You get the convenience of having a unique entry code to the locks on our properties for the duration of your stay. And you hae access to me 24/7 via text, email or phone.
