12th & Boardwalk...Nel mezzo di tutto!

Unità all'ultimo piano nel Decatur House. Unità fronte oceano con miglia di viste sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia senza ostacoli.

Elevazione al 5° piano. Abbastanza vicino per osservare le persone, ma abbastanza in alto per godere della vista in modo privato e tranquillo. E che vista! la spiaggia, le barche e il lungomare... tutto per il tuo divertimento!

L'edificio ha una piscina interna stagionale (aperta dal Memorial Day a settembre) utilizzabile indipendentemente dalle condizioni meteorologiche. Un posto auto riservato vicino all'edificio e all'ascensore. Parcheggia semplicemente la tua auto per la settimana e vai! Tutto è a pochi passi - ristoranti, attività per famiglie e opzioni di vita notturna. Noleggio biciclette/Surrey lungo la 12th Street. Fermata del tram del lungomare proprio di fronte all'edificio. Fermata dell'autobus cittadino a 12th & Baltimore che può portarti ovunque a Ocean City.

Può ospitare fino a 4 ospiti (*** 3 ADULTI MAX***), con due letti matrimoniali nella camera da letto e un divano letto queen-size nel soggiorno. Our family took the plunge on owning vacation rentals in Ocean City several years ago. We only invest in properties with premium, direct waterfront views, because we feel that is a big part of the beach vacation experience. I also enjoy providing my guests with a higher level of service than the big rental agencies provide. You'll never be in a line waiting for your keys when you rent from us, because there are no keys. You get the convenience of having a unique entry code to the locks on our properties for the duration of your stay. And you hae access to me 24/7 via text, email or phone.
