Beautiful recently renovated condo!

Bay-side 47th street on the canal with an amazing bay view.

The building is in a prime location right next door to Seacrets! There is a pool, two piers, and it’s only a block from the beach. Perfect for getaways with friends or family!

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 2 twins or 1 King (converter)

Living room: 1 Queen pull out couch

1 Parking Pass, Pool, Elevator. We, (Jenna and Jon) live in town which allows us to provide guests with exceptional hospitality.

For easy, key free, check in, guests may chose a 5 digit code to directly access the condo.

Our unit sleeps 6 guests, and all beds have memory foam toppers. The room on the water has a queen bed. Guests can decide if the second bedroom will be set up as 2 twin beds, or put together with the converter kit to make a king. The living room has a queen pull out couch with a memory foam mattress. Each room has a television.

The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, cooking utensils, and pots and pans.

The unit has a washer and dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and 2 hair dryers.

To make travel easy we have provided 6 beach chairs, a beach cooler, and a pack and play. We also have board games, puzzles, cards, and movies. There is a DVD player in the living room as well as a sound bar for music.

For quick turn over and cleanliness purposes, we DO NOT provide linens (bath towels, beach towels, pillow cases, bed sheets). Beds have quilts. All beds and pillows have protectors. We take cleanliness very serious!

The condo is always stocked with dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and a few cleaning supplies, should you need them. We always leave guests with a fresh roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, and a fresh sponge.

Check in is at 4pm. However, we do our best to have the unit ready earlier, and message our guests through the app if they may access the unit earlier. Once guests have checked in, we always like to make sure they have everything they need. We take a lot of pride in this condo, as it was our first home.
