A Pennsylvania resident, and long-time OC MD vacationer, who has bypassed the closer beaches (to us) in NJ for over 20 years. Our family took the plunge on owning vacation rentals in Ocean City several years ago. We only invest in properties with premium, direct waterfront views, because we feel that is a big part of the beach vacation experience. I also enjoy providing my guests with a higher level of service than the big rental agencies provide. You'll never be in a line waiting for your keys when you rent from us, because there are no keys.
