Five spacious bedrooms, each with their personal flat screen TV and Roku streaming. Try your hand at a game of pool or have a go at the arcade packed with over 60 games to choose from including King Kong, Packman, Space invaders and many more. Retreat upstairs to the large Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom that includes a large Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. Spent the day shopping or hiking? The hot tub on our back deck beckons you to come and soak those aches away while enjoying some peace and quiet.

We recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer spacious flat paved free parking spots (no need to worry about steep or windy mountains).

Download Maps ahead of the time since some area in the National Park or the mountains will not have cell reception or signal. We will send a video with direction to our cabin home closer to your reserved arrival date.

*Our family, cleaning, sanitation, maintenance and independent pre-check-in inspection team have been working very hard to offer clean, comfortable, safe, modern home away from home experience for you and your family/friends. We offer same day check in clean guarantee if you find the cleaning you found at the check in was less than standard. If you notify us on the first day of check in, we will have our cleaning team come back at their next availability to clean the specific area again. We adhere to NO Refund policy and instead strive to correct issues to make your stay comfortable.
*No party, No excessive noises, No smoking inside of cabin or on the decks/porches, No illicit drugs, No underage drinking, Pet (Dog) considered if meeting pet criteria below and additional payment required if pet fee not correctly included in the initial total already
***Pets policy***
* Up to 3 dogs, additional fee for 2nd or 3rd dog required as it is not in the initial total (must be minimal-shedding, nonaggressive breed, under 50 lbs, at least 1 year old, house trained, vaccinated for rabies and all other vaccines, treated for heartworm prevention) are allowed, no cats or any other animals. Guest must agree to pet policy below and sign the rental agreement.

* Nonrefundable pet fee is required if not already appropriately added to the reservation, depends on stay and number of pets; dog breed and photo of dog required. Undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fee per the rental agreement terms.

*Guests are responsible for any liability regarding their pets and agree to keep their dog supervised, under leashed in outdoor and under control at all times.

*Dog(s) are not allowed to be left alone in the home.

*Guests agree to pay any additional costs for any damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.

*If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, necessary replacement or repair costs will be paid by the guests

*Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.

*Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.

*Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.

* No dogs on beds

*No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!

*Guests agree to keep dogs on main floor or downstairs but not allow dogs to the top floor master suite floor.

COVID-19 Reservation Policies- We are open and welcoming guests! Our published reservation and cancellation policies are current and accurate. NOTE TO TRAVELERS; Our cancellation policy will not be altered in any way if you or anyone in your group contract or are impacted by Covid. The current state of the world and pandemic is serious, and we are not diminishing it by any means. For those choosing to travel at this time, you are doing so with the understanding that Covid may affect your group. Please choose to get travel insurance if you want to protect your need to cancel outside of our policies.
*By Booking, you have acknowledged, read and agreed to abide by the house rules and rental agreement. Full payment, photocopy of your ID for verification, Signed Rental Agreement are required to confirm your reservation and to activate your door access code. Security Deposit $400 will be held a day before checking in and will be automatically refreshed on 7th day depending on length of stay. The security deposit will be released a few days after checking out if no damage or violation of house rules.
-Maximum 14 guests including children. Rates depends on the number of guests. Additional guest fee will apply for changes or unregistered guests.
-Rental Agreement must be signed electronically and provide Proof of ID with 48 hours of booking or your door access code will not be activated
-There is security deposit hold $400 (not charged) during your stay and will be fully released if no damage or violation of rental agreement.
-Trip cancellation insurance recommended as we cannot refund beyond cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outage, things out of our control, unexpected events, any changes in your trip plans or choosing to leave early for any reason.
