Navigating through the Crafton Heights area is pretty simple. You can walk to some places or drive a short distance to reach local shopping centers.

If you really want a carefree travel experience, rideshare like Uber or Lyft is the way to go. Especially if you are going into downtown Pittsburgh. The city roadways can get confusing if you are not familiar with the area.

☀ Parking – STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED
☀ No Pets Allowed – We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets.
☀ Quiet Hours – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
☀ Bedroom Access – Guests have access to 2 out of 3 bedrooms; one bedroom remains locked.
☀ No Smoking, Drugs, or Littering – Smoking, drug use, and littering are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the house, on the porch, deck, and in the garage. A $50 violation fee applies for smoking outside, and a minimum $200 fee applies for smoking indoors.
☀ Security Cameras – Please do not tamper with the Ring video camera.
☀ Screen Doors – Keep screen doors closed at all times.
☀ No Eating in Bedrooms – To maintain cleanliness, please refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
☀ Oily Products – Avoid contact between oily products and the headboard of the queen bed.
☀ Check-Out Time – 10:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a fee, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
☀ No Third-Party Bookings – The reservation holder must be the one staying at the property.
☀ No Additional Guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur an Extra Guest Fee of $50 per person, per night beyond the maximum of 6 guests. Additionally, a fee of $50 per visitor will apply for any day visitors exceeding the 6-person limit.
☀Reminder – Sink Use
Please avoid putting food scraps, oil, grease, coffee grounds, or any solid items down the sink. These can cause clogs. Use the trash bin for waste and scrape plates before washing.
☀Always run cold water while using the disposal.
