Country Home, Modern Upgrades - Kouts

Welcome to this newly updated home in the center of Kouts, IN! This is a perfect place to be while visiting local friends/family or for an extended stay. We are 10 miles from Valparaiso University, so convenient for university events, and we are walking distance to Kouts' Main St. We are 30 min to Indiana Dunes, 1 hour to Michigan wine country, and 1.5 hours to Chicago. We have newly renovated bathrooms, floors, paint and appliances, as well an enclosed front porch with A/C. Come check it out!

Our brand new kitchen opens to the dining room and living room on the ground floor with a 65in 4K TV. We had to switch out the table that is in the pictures, so the current table seats 4, but has leaves. We would be happy to expand it and add chairs if needed for your group! There is an office with a desk and couch, as well as a powder room on this floor. The living room opens to the comfortable front porch. There are three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor: one king, one queen and a bunk room with a twin over a full.

We are a small town within driving distance of everything you need. Main street has a BBQ restaurant, Subway, Family Express, Ace Hardware, Pizza, Desserts by Juliet, Playground & Splashpad, and more! There is also a Save A Lot grocery store and Dollar General around the corner.
