Enjoy complete relaxation in our 5 bedroom, waterfront home with multiple masters, several gathering spaces, furnished deck, dock, and boat lift. Centrally located 5 minutes to the MD/DE beaches and the award winning Bay Side Golf Course, The Cleveland Beach House is close to all the action of Ocean City yet far enough away for a private retreat.

This beautifully decorated 3200 sq. ft. home has a large, open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining room, family room and all-season sun porch. Features of the family room are a 65" Roku TV with a sprawling sectional to relax on after a day at the beach. You will also find paperback beach reads, games and DVD's for family entertainment. Enjoy your morning coffee in the all-season sun room fully equipped with air conditioning for those warmer summer days. We are foodies and our kitchen certainly reflects that. Meals can be prepped in our fully equipped kitchen with a 5 burner gas stove and 2 ovens, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The island serves as a breakfast bar with seating up to five. The main dining table seats up to eight and over looks the water. It's a great place to watch the boats go by. There is also additional dining in the sunroom which doubles as a gaming table. There is one Master bedroom located on this level with a King bed, Roku enabled 55" flat screen TV, walk-in closet and attached Master bathroom with step in shower. Also located on this floor is a powder room and laundry facilities.

Upstairs are four more bedrooms and a hall bath. The first bedroom on the upper level is a Master suite with King bed, 55" Roku TV and its own sitting room which has amazing veiws of the Assawoman Bay and Ocean City skyline. The sitting room has a crib, and a seating area complete with a sectional. Additionally, the Master suite has a custom walk-in closet and the bathroom has a jetted, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom is not to be outdone with a Queen bed and a 55" a Roku TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 32" Roku enabled TV. The fifth bedroom is affectionately called the Bunk Room. It provides two pyramid beds, twins over fulls, a built in stereo, foosball, PS3 for gaming and a 42" Roku enabled TV. Some of our guests have told us that their children loved this room so much, they had trouble getting them out of the room. This floor also provides a hall bath with a tub for bathing the little ones.

Located in the community of Cape Windsor, your family will be able to enjoy a life-guarded pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day and playground all year long. The home provides linens and house towels, so all you have to bring are your favorite beach towels.

Sleeping arrangements: King in the main level Master with an ensuite master bath, King in the upstairs Master suite with ensuite bath, Queen bed in the upper 3rd bedroom, Two twins in the fourth bedroom, and two pyramid beds (twins over fulls) in the bunk room. Sleeps up to fourteen guests.

Location: Located 1 mile from the DE/MD beaches the house is away from noise and congestion and conveniently has parking for 5 cars on site (additional parking provided by the community). Bring your golf clubs to use on the 10 different courses all located within a 2 to 8 mile radius.
