Beautiful Clubhouse with infinity pool overlooking the bay, kayak & boat area, bay beach, tiki bar & more, only a few steps away! Many other restaurants & activities close by, including Ocean City, Maryland. Five bedrooms including two master suites, 4 full bathrooms and a powder room. Large well-stocked kitchen and dining area. Large living room and an upstairs loft area. Wireless internet, fireplace, office area. Large capacity washer and dryer. Directions
From the North (PA, NJ, NY), take Route 1 South through Delaware to Fenwick Island. (Route 113 South may be quicker below Milford, check Waze app). Turn right onto Lighthouse Rd/Route 54 West. Go 2 miles and turn right onto Bayville Rd which takes you into the Overlook Development. Take one right turn and two left turns to Point Drive.
From the South, take Route 13 North through the lower eastern shore of Maryland to Pocomoke City and turn right onto Route 113 North. Turn right onto Rt 367 in Bishop, MD. Hudson Rd to Lighthouse Rd/Rt 54 East. Go 5 miles and turn left onto Bayville Rd and then follow the directions above.
From the West (DC and MD), Take Rt 50 East across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to Rt 404 East. Turn right onto Rt 113 South in central Delaware.
Parking instructions
Park in the driveway or in the pad directly across the street. Please avoid parking on the street to avoid congestion. We are right next to the community center and pool.
